Home Select Page Nearly every year since 2009 our family has joined with friends and neighbors to enter a float into the Town of Superior’s 4th of July parade. What started on a lark with our 6 chickens and a goat float has become a long standing tradition. 2016 we built a to scale replica of the Millennium Falcon. It was our most ambitious build and was done to honor dear friends who had recently lost their son Ethan, a lover of all things Star Wars. 2019 Land That I Love First Place – Unless Superior, Colorado – July 4th parade 2018- Let Freedom Ring 2nd Place—Superior, Colorado – July 4th parade Liberty Fighters-Let Freedom Ring for All! 2009 our inaugural float. 6 Chickens and a Goat , named as such based on our recent success getting the town to allow chickens in town.
